1. Independent Advisory Status
Thaniim Migrations (Thani Visas and Immigrations Services Pvt Ltd) operates as an independent private immigration and overseas educational consulting firm.
We are not an embassy, consulate, or government department of any nation. We have no statutory authority to issue visas, permits, or travel authorizations.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approvals
The statutory authority to approve or refuse any visa petition rests solely and exclusively with the respective foreign government immigration department (e.g. IRCC in Canada, Home Affairs in Australia, Ausländerbehörde in Germany, or the UK Home Office).
Thaniim Migrations explicitly does not guarantee visa approvals or grant timelines. Our responsibility is to provide accurate eligibility audits, identify legal criteria, and assemble complete, compliant documentation.
3. Applicant Responsibility & Truthfulness
Applicants agree to provide complete, authentic, and truthful information and documentation. Supplying false, forged, or altered documents is an offense under foreign immigration laws and will result in immediate termination of advisory services without refund.
4. Milestone Payments & Retainers
Advisory engagements are governed by formal, written service agreements detailing scope of work, milestone deliverables, and fee structures. Government filing fees and third-party evaluation costs (ECA, language tests, medicals) are paid directly to the respective authorities.
